Registration
All registration materials MUST be submitted by March 22, 2006. This includes one registraion form per school, and one waiver per person. Registration fee is $30/person.

| Waiver - Each attendee must sign the waver form. Again, for each person attending the conference there must be a corresponding signed waiver form. [PDF-29.4K] |

 A brief warning:
Poison Ivy is somewhat common in southeastern wisconsin and Windy Maples is no exception. Although it may not be in full bloom by early April, please make sure look for it and avoid it. |
